Registration & Payment

Dogtastic offers group training classes in two formats:

Open enrollment — pre-registration is not required for these ongoing classes, which can be purchased individually or in allotments of six classes.  Open enrollment classes include Levels 1 – 3 obedience classes, rotating classes, and Nosework Club.

Limited enrollment — pre-registration is required for these classes, which are six consecutive weeks in length.  Make up sessions will NOT be offered for missed limited enrollment classes.  Limited enrollment classes include all Canine Performing Arts classes.

Unless otherwise specified, payment of applicable charges and fees is due at the beginning of orientations, evaluations, private lessons, group classes, or other training sessions.  For limited enrollment classes, all fees must be paid in full at least 10 days before the scheduled start date.

Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers & Rescheduling

Refunds will not be issued for open enrollment classes.  For all open enrollment classes, you have one year from the date of purchase to complete the classes.  The classes will expire one year from the date of your purchase and you then have the option to re-enroll.

Refunds for limited enrollment classes will be issued on a limited basis, but fees may apply.  Failure to cancel 10 days prior to the scheduled class start date, will result in a non-refundable $30 cancellation fee.  If a class is cancelled by Dogtastic due to low enrollment or for other reasons, Dogtastic will try to reschedule clients into an alternate class.  If this is not possible, a class credit or refund will be issued.

Transfers of classes, credits, balances, or any paid service is prohibited.

Any request to reschedule an evaluation, orientation, or private training session must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled training session to avoid a $15 rescheduling fee.

Children & Guests

Children are welcome to attend a class or private training session provided they are accompanied by a parent, guardian, or adult chaperone other than the handler of the dog.

Spouses, partners, other family members, or friends may attend a private or group training session provided they adhere to all applicable Dogtastic policies.

Youth Handlers

Dogtastic requires handlers be at least 18 years old to enroll and, or, participate in training sessions without adult supervision. Prior approval is required for handlers under 18 years of age, who may be allowed to participate only under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian, or adult chaperone.

You are required to present proof of current vaccination for each dog in attendance with you at the time of the dog’s first session at Dogtastic.  Failure to provide proof can lead to the rescheduling your session.

Declines & Referrals

Dogtastic reserves the right to decline entry to any dog and, or, person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or dangerous.  If Dogtastic determines that attending a private lesson would be in the best interest of you, your dog and, or, other class participants, your class fee will be applied to the private lesson(s), or you will be issued a refund.

Photo, Video, & Media Rights

We welcome you to photograph your dog at Dogtastic.  Audio and video recording may be allowed upon request.

Dogtastic reserves the right to capture your and, or, your dog’s likeness during training sessions for use on our website, blog, video, and other media opportunities.  Smile!
